This position is the leader running the shift to help our team members exceed our guests’ expectations. Nothing feels better than winning as a team.Responsibilities:Create Positive Energy:Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality that aligns with company standards, policies, and programsInspires the team to enhance their leadership through coaching, development, and trainingBe Consistent and Fair:Flexible approach and readily able to adapt to needs and changesDemonstrate solution focused leadership and proactively seek out feedback from othersShow Urgency:Proactively manages costs in partnership with the GM through scheduling and inventoryOwnership of assigned FOH operations department assigned by General ManagerBe Both Independently Minded and a Team Player:Works with General Manager and management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve operational goalsEnsures the restaurant team delivers upon service standards to cultivate the ultimate guest experienceRequirements & Minimum Qualifications:Must pass a background check prior to being hired3yrs of customer service or hospitality experience (prior leadership experience preferred)Required food, alcohol, and allergen certification maintained throughout employment, additional state qualifications may apply per locationAvailable to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidaysAbility to effectively communicate verbally and digitallySelf-driven, results oriented, and proactive attitudeAble to stand and/ or walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessaryLegally authorized to work in the USCompensation & Benefits:Annual salary range of $60k-70k, based on experience.Eligibility to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits.Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays.Option to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to your duties or amend this job description at any time.
