Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document patient progress and develop individualized treatment plans preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with common skilled nursing therapy equipment and modalities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
• Shift Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35.
• Position may require flexibility to float within the client’s network as needed.
