Conduct regular inspections and report any issues or required repairs. Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and maintenance techniques. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for plant care. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Keep detailed records of plant conditions and maintenance activities. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. 1-2 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or indoor plant care. Strong knowledge of plant species and their care requirements. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects. Detail-oriented with a passion for plants and interior aesthetics.
