The CSS ensures all customer service needs are met while also promoting the additional sale of goods and services where the opportunity may exist. The CSS is a valued member of the team because they have the biggest impact on the outstanding service we strive to deliver./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide required and requested information to customers as they enter the store./liliOffer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions./liliAsk questions of customers to identify needs and work with them to provide options./liliWork as a team towards housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list. This can include cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc./liliIdentify when customer interaction requires assistance from management./liliFollow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures/liliPromote the companys Safety Culture./liliBe a team player. Work as a member of the team to help the team achieve its goals./liliMaintain a high level of integrity./liliFollow all company policies and procedures./liliOther duties as assigned or otherwise identified./li/ulh3Required Skills Qualifications:/h3ulliMust have good people skills with an outgoing, friendly, positive attitude./liliMust have some automotive parts knowledge and how they relate to our customer purchases./liliAbility to use POS system/liliAble to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays./liliMust be willing to get a little dirty sometimes./liliMust have a reliable means of transportation./liliMust be able to read, write, and speak English./liliBilingual in Spanish is a plus./liliPrevious experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required./liliRegular attendance and timely arrivals/li/ul/div
