As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Your role will involve evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve daily living skills. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise COTAs in accordance with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
