The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' service needs are fully met, coordinating order management activities, and engaging across various departments to manage business processes.

You will work collaboratively with key internal teams to deliver holistic, efficient, and respectful customer service. If you have a genuine desire to help others and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Customer support and order management while efficiently using SAP
• Account Management while building sustainable relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Financial and Inventory Coordination which includes resolving minor billing issues, and dispersing adjustments per company policy
• Be a vital liaison between end customers and internal business units.
• Deliver against key customer service targets while embodying a high-performing, focused, accountable and engaged culture
• Work from home if you live in certain US states (see below)

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of related customer service in a professional customer service capacity
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently
• Proficiency with basic PC skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, etc.
• Experience with Office 365 and SAP, especially with the SAP Order to Cash (O2C) components
• Demonstrated strong business judgment, decision-making ability and ability to anticipate client needs.
