What's a shadow day?
Spend the morning alongside one of our veterinarians and get a behind-the-scenes look at the world of veterinary medicine. This is a unique opportunity to observe, ask questions, and discover the joys and challenges of veterinary care. Whether you're a budding veterinarian or simply curious about the field, our shadow day is the perfect chance to explore your passion!
When & where?
Shadow days are typically offered on Thursdays from 7:45 am to 12:00 pm at LePar Animal Hospital in Evergreen Park. You'll get to observe:
- Our morning team meeting
- Pre-op and surgical procedures
- Real-time client appointments
