Step into a dynamic educational environment where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist can make a true difference for students from grades 1 through 12. We’re seeking two passionate professionals for a contract opportunity running through late May 2027. You’ll work closely with students and staff to assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language interventions, targeting individual learning goals and supporting every student's communication success. While onsite presence is preferred to foster connections and collaboration, there’s flexibility to consider virtual arrangements for the right candidates.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid and active SLP State License
• Current Educator Certification
• SLP-CCC or equivalent credentialing required
• Experience working within schools, servicing K-12 caseloads (grades 1-12 preferred)
• Comfort evaluating speech, language, and communication needs
• Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators
• Flexible approach and resilience in a high-energy school setting
• Confidence with IEP development and student progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate on-site at Cleveland Elementary (virtual will be considered for exceptional applicants)
• Passion for empowering students to achieve their communication goals

What you’ll do:

• Deliver tailored speech and language services per student IEPs
• Complete timely evaluations, assessments, and documentation
• Consult with teachers and support staff to optimize learning environments
• Engage in IEP meetings and family conferences
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative school atmosphere
