With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence.We are currently searching for our newest Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.Position Details:Facility: Mease Countryside HospitalLocation: Clearwater, FLStatus: PRN, hourlyShift Hours: 6:30AM–3:00PM, 7:00AM–3:30PM, 8:30AM–5:00PMWeekend Work: OccasionalOn Call: NoPharmacy Technician I, under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, responsibilities include:Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy departmentEfficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfactionRequired Registration: Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training ProgramPreferred experience is 1-year Institutional practice or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.Required specific skills may also include successfully passing Pharmaceutical Calculations exam.Required Qualifications:High School Graduate or Equivalent GEDRequired FL Registered Pharmacy Technician LicensePreferred Qualifications:1 year Pharmacy Technician experiencePharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
