This position involves providing high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery within a busy hospital setting. The role requires ensuring maternal and fetal health through intermediate fetal monitoring and supporting the clinical team in a Level IV unit. Job Details Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, intermediate fetal monitoring, no-call requirements, 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery. Location Requirements: Candidates must be licensed and eligible to work in the state. Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring fetal status, assisting in delivery procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Level IV units, internal monitor placement competency, previous HCA assignment/employment, and familiarity with procedures such as SVD, cerclages, C-Sections, and TOLAC. Additional Information: The position involves working with advanced equipment such as Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US EMR Meditech, with a focus on exceptional patient care and teamwork.
