Required Skills: Valid and current CRNA certification and state licensure Proven experience in anesthesia administration Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to adhere to safety and compliance standards Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in diverse clinical settings Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia Minimum of 2 years of CRNA practice preferred Prior locum or contract experience is advantageous Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours, including at least 2 weeks per month Ability to travel into Lafayette; a weekly stipend and travel reimbursements provided Must follow all facility-specific policies and procedures No outreach to Lafayette, Crowley, Jennings CRNAs or those contracted through Louisiana Anesthesia Solutions/Krewe Anesthesia; candidates must be aware of and adhere to these restrictions This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with a max bill rate of $250/hr, offering 6-month contracts with options for locum or locum-to-perm placements.
