Essential Responsibilities Develop People – Foster team energy, empower crew with “Yes I Can”, coach Shift Leaders, recruit top talent, inspire performance and recognize excellence. Create Great Guest Experiences – Model memorable service, coach WOW service, solve guest feedback, observe operations from the guest perspective. Brand Champion – Support local marketing, participate in community events, assist company promotions and product launches. Business Planning – Execute Krystal operating systems, develop sales forecast, monitor cash and inventory, analyze sales and labor results, maintain brand standards. Maintain Facility – Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security compliance, troubleshoot equipment issues. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Excellent people leadership and guest service skills. Fast‑paced environment work ability. Effective communication with guests, team members and restaurant leaders. Issue resolution in compliance with Krystal standards. Availability for all shifts, weekends and holidays. Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years management experience. Physical Demands Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Carrying products/boxes no more than 50 pounds.
