Director of Product Operations & Go-to-Market Leadership

TruConnect is seeking a Director of Product Operations to build and lead the Product Operations function across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will establish processes, tools, and operating rhythms to turn priorities into coordinated cross-functional execution. You'll own the cross-functional business-readiness for new products, partner with Product, Marketing, E-commerce, and Customer Care, and lead a small Product Operations team to drive accountability and
