Executive Leadership Trainer

To develop and deliver executive-level training on trauma-informed leadership and organizational culture, the part-time contracted Executive Leadership Trainer will create engaging programs, facilitate workshops, and evaluate training effectiveness while working remotely with occasional travel to Aurora, CO. Key responsibilities Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant field Demonstrated experience developing and delivering professional training programs Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and leadership development Experience working with executive or senior-level professionals preferred Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
