- Conduct in-depth and comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's psychological state and establish a baseline for treatment. \n
- Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and diagnoses of patients, ensuring every intervention is meaningful and targeted. \n
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to support patients in their healing journey. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional well-being, addressing personal concerns, and enhancing patients' coping strategies. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care, proving crucial in treatment effectiveness. \n
- Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating composure and professionalism under pressure. \n
- Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, viable treatment options, and resources available within the community. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to continuously enhance your skills. \n
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices within mental health therapy to ensure your practice aligns with current standards. \n
You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling chronic anxiety, depressive disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. Our team’s approach prioritizes individualized attention, aiming to foster resilience and empower each patient towards recovery and self-management of their mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is mandatory. \n
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients and their families. \n
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications. \n
- The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team while adhering strictly to professional standards and ethical practices. \n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field is highly preferred. \n
- Two years of post-licensure experience is an advantage. \n
- A strong foundation in trauma-informed care and holistic treatment approaches. \n
- Experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions. \n
- Proven skills in crisis management. \n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
