???? Pay Range

$30.00 – $34.00 per hour

???? What You’ll Do

As an Aluminum Fitter , you’ll play a critical role in fabricating structural components for high-impact maritime projects. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret detailed blueprints while collaborating with a team committed to excellence.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Pass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8” plate)

• Interpret technical drawings to lay out and fabricate aluminum structures

• Operate presses and forming equipment

• Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision

• Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols

???? Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on aluminum welding or fabrication experience

• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
