About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated CNA to join our team of caring professionals. As a CNA at Mystic Meadows, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to our residents

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help with mobilization and transfer of residents

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff

• Assist with feeding and hydration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
