Account Executive - Promotional Products (Hybrid)

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be one of the first Account Executives dedicated to developing new business, shaping our sales strategy, and creating lasting client relationships. This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be one of the first Account Executives dedicated to developing new business, shaping our sales strategy, and creating lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Understand client branding and promotional product needs. Develop customized solutions and present compelling proposals. Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities. Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Help establish best practices as our sales organization continues to grow. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of outside sales, business development, or account executive experience. Proven ability to generate leads and close new business. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
