Staffing Consultant Job Description:

PrideStaff is seeking a Staffing Consultant to join our growing team in our multiple offices. We are seeking a Staffing Consultant who thrives in a fast paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates and then matching these candidates with the great companies primarily in the manufacturing and light industrial industries. The ideal Staffing Consultant is bi-lingual in Spanish, has solid experience in the staffing industry, and demonstrates excellent customer service. If you can quickly assess a candidate's skills, abilities, and willingness to work, we want to hear from you. The position is a full-time, in office, direct hire position with an outstanding team in Sacramento, CA.

• Possibility of Working in Our Roseville or West Sacramento Offices (95678 or 95691)

Staffing Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking
• Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
• Perform Reference & Background Checks
• Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Prescreen For Core Positions
• Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
• Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job
• Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients

Staffing Consultant Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• AA Required, BA/BS Preferred But Not Required
• 3+ Years of Recruiting Experience in Light Industrial Preferred
• Must be Able to Type 65 WPM
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish Required
• Solid Understanding of MS Office & Excel
