You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with the option to grow. WhatYou'llDo Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children Collect accurate session data and progress notes Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills Support skill generalization across environments How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Consistent, compassionate engagement with children and families Reliability across assigned sessions and locations Accurate data collection and documentation Openness to feedback and professional growth Communication and teamwork Pay Range Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $28.00/hour (based on education and experience) Additional factors that may increase starting pay include: Prior ABA or behavioral health experience Higher education or relevant coursework Fluency in additional languages Advanced certifications or specialized training Qualifications & Essential Job Functions Minimum age of 18 High School diploma or GED required Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including: Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region Valid driver's license and punctual attendance Comfort working across home, school, and community settings No prior ABA experience required - we train you Experience That Transfers Well Childcare or education (nanny, tutor, paraprofessional) College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields Mental health or human services roles Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design part-time roles that: Provide flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality Offer real training and meaningful support Create clear, supported paths to full-time employment Value reliability, growth, and long-term potential Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
