Airport Agent - Ramp

Job Title

Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate operations.
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Driving ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with plane operations and baggage delivery.
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure safe and timely departures.
• Cleaning the interior of aircraft and servicing aircraft lavatories.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary.
• Capable of carrying, bending, lifting, and turning with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outside in variable weather conditions.
• Interest in the airline industry and ability to work under deadlines.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
