Outpatient Surgery RNs enjoy an environment of learning and growth through cross-training across multiple areas (Pre-Op Post-Op and Endo) including floating to the main hospital when needed. You will support the recovery of patients from 10 operating rooms with service lines that include Orthopedics Urology OB/GYN General Surgery Plastic Surgery Ear Nose and Throat Neurology and Podiatry.

How youll contribute

A Outpatient Surgery Center RN who excels in this role:

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments and other medical care activities.

• Documents patient care provided.

• Monitors records and communicates patient condition to the care team physician patient and family.

• Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts as schedule changes frequently.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

• Certifications: BCLS ACLS and PALS required upon hire

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year bedside nursing required; OR Circulator nursing preferred
