Shift Manager

$16 - $24 per hour

Overview We’re hiring for a Shift Manager to join our team! The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, preparing product for merchandising on the floor, efficiently breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, building displays with packaged products, and greeting guests on the salesfloor and assisting them in finding items they are looking for. The role also provides guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift.
