Senior ServiceNow Developer

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator for a remote contract position, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and support operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities Develop custom scoped applications and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Build and maintain REST API integrations and automate workflows using Flow Designer Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer/Administrator experience Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and enterprise-scale environments Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs Experience developing custom ServiceNow scoped applications and REST API integrations
