Registered NurseShift: 3 12 shifts, with every other weekend rotationHours: 7a-7p, or 7p-7aFull Time and Part Time Positions AvailableThe Role ItselfAssesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Who We AreOur team at Blueridge Vista Behavioral Hospital provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services in the Cincinnati, OH area.
