We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor/Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for cleaning production areas, common areas, restrooms, and other designated areas while following all company safety and sanitation procedures.

Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize production areas, restrooms, offices, and break rooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain facility floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness around manufacturing equipment.
• Report safety, maintenance, or sanitation concerns.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning commercial, industrial, office, healthcare, educational, or manufacturing facilities is preferred.
• Experience operating floor care equipment, buffers, scrubbers, or other custodial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical usage, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and pride in their work are well positioned for success as a Janitorial Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
• Steel toed shoes are required
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and cleaning chemicals.

What You Will Do


As a Janitorial Worker you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep.
