Human Resources Support Specialist

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience? Join our team as a Human Resources Support Specialist !

In this role, you'll support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, reporting, and employee relations. You will also assist with office coverage, answering phone calls and in person inquiries to support a high level of customer service.

• Recruitment: Posting positions, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, completing reference and background checks and maintaining applicant records.
• Onboarding: Completing pre-employment and onboarding tasks, assuring compliance and regulatory requirements and internal policies are followed.
• Benefits: Assisting employees with benefit documentation and procedures.
• Employee Records: Assisting with record keeping in the HRIS and personnel files.
• Reporting: Preparing routine reports, correspondence, forms, and HR communications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, HR, payroll, benefits, or a related area.
