This is a Bi-Weekly fleet, perfect for drivers who want to maximize their miles and stay consistent on the road. We welcome both veterans and recent CDL graduates. Compensation & miles Weekly Gross: $1,300 – $1,600 Average Miles: 2,300 – 2,500+ per week (High mileage focus) Bonuses: Weekly direct deposit + Safety and Performance incentives Orientation: Fully paid orientation Paid training for new drivers (0 experience) Finished your 120-hour CDL school? We pay you to learn the ropes during 3–5 weeks of one‑on‑one mentorship.
