The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve their smile goals.Job Description:Provide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleaningsPerform oral health assessments and screeningsTake and develop dental X-rays as neededEducate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habitsCollaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver seamless patient careMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standardsRequirements:Current Michigan RDH licenseLocal Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certificationWhat We're Looking For:A hygienist who is confident in their skills and abilitiesStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain periodontal disease and oral health to patientsSomeone who can maximize appointment time while delivering thorough, high-quality careComfort in educating patients and presenting findings to the doctorA professional who can help build a productive hygiene schedule while ensuring patients receive the care they needSchedule:Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMEvery Other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM In Summer (May - August), 1 Sat a month: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMAppointment Times:Each appointment is 60 minutes.If you're a compassionate and skilled hygienist who is passionate about patient care, we'd love to meet you!Apply today and help us continue to provide the highest quality dental care to our community.
