Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for our facility, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This role is pivotal in maintaining production quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.
• Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.
• Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
• Meet production deadlines and goals.
• Report production issues or problems to immediate supervisor.
• Operate and maintain machinery.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and machine operation.
• Ability to use a tape measure and read blueprints.
• Troubleshooting skills in CNC and machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

You will be working in a plastic manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled. The company prioritizes creating beautiful and low-maintenance products from recycled materials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
