Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Possess an active, valid BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Hold a current state-issued Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
• Demonstrated school-based BCBA experience is highly preferred
• Fulfillment of district-specific credentialing requirements, including passing both drug screening and fingerprinting
• Adaptability to serve assigned caseload across one or more schools as determined

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention strategies
• Work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
• Monitor, document, and adjust student behavioral plans as needed
• Train and provide ongoing support for teachers and paraprofessionals on effective behavioral interventions
