Business Development ExecutiveThe Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.The position includes a base salary and uncapped commission. Expectations are that an at-plan rep would have a total compensation plan of 30% base and 70% commission.Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Develop and implement effective sales strategies.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the CRM.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Ford Office Technologies, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Top Workplace and Pittsburgh Business Times Best Place to Work, is the area's largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry's top four manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology – Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Lanier (Ricoh).
