Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Enterprise hosting services is looking for a senior data scientist who can help with developing advanced analytics solutions to optimize data center performance.Project: In EHS, we are trying to improve our operations by applying advanced analytics like machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.Ideal background: Someone with software engineering or STEM background and has experience in applying advanced analytics to help improve operations by developing solutions investigating large structured and unstructured datasets. Open to working with ambiguous requirements and open-ended problem statements. Work effectively on a team while collaborating with others. Being able to present ideas and translate data related items to non-technical audience.** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Previous experience developing and implementing machine learning model at scale into production and making them operational within an organization.Location: Ideally the person is within driving distance to one of our locations. Prefer someone in Minneapolis MN. Remote is fine but depending on project needs might needs in person presence might be required.** Cannot provide sponsorship upon conversion.Team structure: Scrum team which has 5 developers. One team manager. The candidate will probably collaborate with a larger group of senior leaders within the organization.Interview process: a. How many rounds? 2. One with the hiring manager or Senior Member of the team. One panel interview. b. Video vs. phone? Video c. How technical will the interviews be? Very technical. Everyone within immediate org including the senior director is very hands on.
