Branch Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet branch goals.
Lead, coach, train, and evaluate sales staff.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales calls and follow-up.
Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and grow market share.
Monitor pricing, costs, margins, and profitability.
Partner with leadership on budgets, reporting, and sales forecasts.
Communicate company goals and expectations to the sales team.
Address employee performance concerns and complete appropriate documentation and corrective action.
Travel within the territory and alongside sales staff to support development and customer growth.
Promote professional, ethical sales practices and strong customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years of sales leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or steel service center environments preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with budgets, sales reporting, customer relationship management, and territory planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to travel regularly.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Ability to work in an industrial environment, including standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights as needed.
Ability to travel by car and plane.
Must be able to work in hot, cold, and noisy environments.
Must wear required PPE and follow all company safety standards.
