Responsibilities Share your passion and knowledge about our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.” Assist customers at checkout, process online pick‑up orders, and maintain a positive shopping experience. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales‑floor replenishment standards. Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed. Contribute to a safe shopping environment. Qualifications Can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptive, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation. Minimum age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay $18.60 – $19.10. Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave. Full‑time associates receive vacation and paid holidays. Full‑time benefits start the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment and include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, flexible spending, commuter benefits, and employee assistance.
