Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Saint Francis Children s Hospital is seeking additional Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our Warren Clinic team based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Join our dynamic Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at Saint Francis Children's Hospital in Tulsa, OK! Our 162 bed-Children s Hospital is positioned on our main campus alongside our 1100-bed tertiary care center. The NICU is a 58-bed unit which also has a Pediatric ECMO program, a dedicated neonatal transport team, board certified lactation consultants, discharge coordinators, development specialists, and clinical resource nurses. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our tiniest patients and their families.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing assessments, diagnosing, and managing neonatal conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing family-centered care. This is performed with 24-hour shifts with a Neonatologist in house.

You will be required to attend high risk deliveries, collaborate with Neonatologists, pediatric resident physicians, and skilled respiratory therapists. Our NNPs also take part in bedside nursing education. You will also have the opportunity to become an NNP instructor to provide this education regionally. We are also a high procedure NNP group: intubations, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, UVC and UAC, etc.
