Commercial Plumber

7am-4pm Monday-Friday

$30-$45/HR based on experience

The Commercial Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings and construction environments. This role requires experience with large-diameter piping, including running 6' drain lines, and performing tasks such as floor cutting to access underground plumbing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently on active job sites.

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.

• Run and install 6' drain lines and other large-diameter piping.

• Perform floor cutting to access underground plumbing and drainage systems.

• Install water lines, waste lines, vent systems, and fixtures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing layouts.

• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation.

• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with general contractors, supervisors, and other trades on site.

• New work van provided along with uniforms cleaned weekly

• Commercial plumbing experience required.

• Experience running 6' drain lines and working with large-diameter pipe.

• Ability to perform floor cutting safely and accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and proper tool use.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
