A day in the life Wondering what a day in the life of Radiographer at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Arrive at work in the morning no night shifts here!
• Perform radiological procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiology diagnosis.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.
• This position will support our West Des Moines, Ankeny, Waukee and Downtown locations as needed.

This job might be for you if

• Education: Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required.

Qualifications

• A desire to find a meaningful, fulfilling career

• The ability to prepare and maintain records
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Required Licenses

• Current State of Iowa permit to practice Radiology.
