Shift Manager Pizza Restaurant

National Pizza Chain is seeking a Shift Crew Lead that has experience making Pizzas and/or working in a Lead or supervisor role for at least 1 year in a Fast-Food environment. Summary Shift Manager supervises daily operations, staff, and customer service during specific shifts to ensure efficiency, food quality, and profitability. Key duties include managing team members (cooks/cashiers), handling cash, inventory control, and resolving customer complaints. They often open/close the store and ensure compliance with safety/health regulations. This is a hand‑on role. You will be making pizzas! Pay Range : $15-$18/hr based on work history, relevant experience & Store volume Work Schedule : 5 days/week / 40 hrs/week Key Responsibilities Open or close the store, manage food prep, oven management, and ensure high-quality pizza production for your shift. Hands on leadership with team members, assign tasks, train new hires, and address performance issues. Resolve customer complaints promptly, greet customers, and ensure satisfaction. Balance cash registers, perform bank drops, and track inventory to order supplies as needed. Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and security procedures. Requirements 18+ years old, flexible hours (weekends/nights), and sometimes a valid driver's license. Must be able to stand for long periods, work in high temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.
