Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant will process prescription refill requests, communicate with patients and providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests while adhering to regulatory guidelines Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to clinical staff and managers Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of three years' experience in a retail pharmacy Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D and related pharmacy regulations Current, unrestricted certification as a Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant Proficient bilingual skills in Spanish and English
