Branch Security Officer

Summary The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact in the store. This role supports sales and service by enabling a safe, welcoming customer experience and managing back-of-house security operations and controls. Responsibilities Maintain a secure environment for customers and staff and act as the store ambassador at all times. Support sales and customer service by deepening client relationships and delivering the Tiffany experience. Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft and report missing assets. Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures. Perform daily security inspections, alarm tests, key access controls, and equipment checks. Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and communications. Requirements High school diploma. Basic computer skills. Authorization to work in the United States. Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment and 1 year prior security-related experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
