Senior QA Automation Lead

Seeking a Senior QA Automation Lead, the full-time remote position will design and maintain scalable automation solutions, drive quality initiatives across multiple projects, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Design and implement automation frameworks for web applications and APIs Lead quality initiatives and mentor engineering teams in best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and quality metrics Required qualifications 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience 4+ years of Test Automation experience with strong programming skills in at least one modern language Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and Git workflows Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and project management Proficiency in SQL for database validation and troubleshooting
