HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA)

Job Description Job Description Life Skills – Miami Gardens, FL 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily needs and routines Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with appointments and outings Support participation in community activities Complete daily notes and documentation on time Requirements: HHA certificate or relevant experience preferred English required Reliable transportation Must complete daily notes and paperwork on time Personal Support – North Miami Beach, FL Sunday: 3:30 PM (pick up client from program & transport home) Monday – Thursday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM Friday: OFF Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Approximately 20–30 hours per week Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one personal support to assist the client with daily living skills Support mobility skills (transportation training such as Uber, STS, TOPS) Assist with self-care (dressing assistance) Support kitchen skills and basic meal preparation Reinforce safety awareness and daily routines Encourage recreation, nutrition, and basic economic skills Assist with daily chores while promoting independence Complete daily notes and paperwork on time Requirements: HHA certificate or relevant experience preferred English required Reliable transportation Must complete daily notes and paperwork on time Company Description Quiroz Home Health Inc is a home health agency that provides care and support to clients in Miami-Dade and Broward County.
