Requirements Role Purpose We're looking for a seasoned fundraising/resource mobilisation professional from the development sector to lead donor and funding partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify, cultivate, and close large-ticket CSR and philanthropic funding partnerships (corporates, foundations, multilateral agencies) Build and manage a pipeline of institutional donors aligned with skilling, employability, and international workforce mobility themes Represent Ethnus at donor forums, CSR summits, and philanthropic networks Own the full donor lifecycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and relationship stewardship Collaborate with program teams to translate funder priorities into fundable project structures Report on fundraising pipeline, conversion, and revenue against annual targets Candidate Profile 10-15+ years in donor outreach, institutional fundraising, or resource mobilisation within the development sector ecosystem Demonstrated track record of closing large-ticket grants or CSR partnerships Strong existing network among corporate CSR heads, foundations, and philanthropic funders Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Based anywhere in India; willingness to travel extensively What We Offer Compensation aligned with fundraising performance High-autonomy role with direct COO reporting Opportunity to shape a new revenue vertical at a growing company Benefits Industry leading performance incentive program Health Insurance for you and your dependents Company provided SIM card Travel by Air, Train AC II-Tier Reimbursements for Fuel, Vehicle Maintenance and other expenses Lodging in curated Hotels and Rooms (during outstation travel) Partnerships with leading brands like Google, Zoho etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethnus Services
