Our company operates and manages several banquet venues based out of Staten Island, New York. Grand Oaks Country Club, The Grand Plaza and The Vanderbilt at South Beach and we are looking for an experienced Banquet Captain/MaitreD that is looking to further their career, knowledge, and skills in the hospitality industry. This individual will be expected to be hands on during events, making sure FOH and BOH staff are in sync throughout the course of each and every event.
