- 50+ full-time field employees working across multiple trades
- Crews in site work, plumbing, gunite/shotcrete, concrete, tile, service, and trucking
- 6 full-time mechanics
- 40+ office staff ...and we could have kept more people busy.

- Plasterers.
- Technical Positions (training provided):
- VFD programming.
- Automatic pool cover installation.
- Pool automation systems.
- Work outdoors or on new construction-not in basements and attics.
- Pumps up to 50 HP with variable frequency drives (VFDs).

- Existing licenses are respected but not required due to closed-loop systems.
- Best pay in the industry.
- Full-time, year-round employment.
- Opportunities for advancement and cross-training.
- Large, professional, and well-equipped operation.
- Work on high-end, complex projects-not cookie-cutter jobs.
