Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license. Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (new grads welcome!). Passion for preventive care and patient education. Job Description Provide one-on-one, high-quality preventive care (prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.). Conduct thorough oral health assessments and personalized patient education. Take and interpret dental X-rays as needed. Screen for oral diseases and collaborate with our dentist on treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail. Foster trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate communication.
