Compensation:
Pay Range: $110,000-$150,000 Per Year

Description:
• Join a dedicated team in a fully integrated behavioral health and social services department within a leading Federally Qualified Health Center.
• This full-time role in Trenton, NJ, requires an experienced leader to manage a comprehensive program, working weekdays with occasional on-call availability.
• Familiarity with general office software is essential.

Requirements:
• Active LCSW licensure in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Social Work preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in community-based settings.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in general office software.

Qualifications:
• Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential highly preferred.
• Experience with program and grants management.
• Knowledge of harm reduction and motivational interviewing.
• Servant-leadership orientation.
