Position Overview The Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for various HVAC/R systems in commercial settings, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems. Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems. Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems. Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner. Perform approved repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems. Complete necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet. Participate in an on‑call rotation. Safely drive company vehicle, following company vehicle driving policy and adhering to all safety requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Service Technician, with a focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC/R systems. Universal EPA certification. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Solid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Basic computer skills. Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Must pass a drug screen and background check. We Offer Weekly paychecks—$23 to $40 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Health Insurance—PPO and HSA plans available.
