Machine Operator
Shift: 6:00 PM 2:00 PM, MondayFriday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr (Company typically increases pay to $20.00+/hr after the first week based on performance). Employment Type: Full-Time
About This Opportunity
In this role, youll operate production equipment to manufacture high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Youll be responsible for machine setup, quality inspections, routine maintenance, and ensuring products meet company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and thrives as part of a team.
What Youll Be Doing
- Operate, start up, shut down, and clean production equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards, including labels, color, batch numbers, and overall appearance.
- Complete minor machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Package, palletize, and inspect finished products while removing defective items as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and work collaboratively with the production team while following all safety procedures.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
